how good are SSS Blueys? It’s been a decade since I’ve seen one. There’s definitely more over in NZ than here in Australia. I used to have a U12 Pintara and the P plate dream was to swap an SR20 into it.

Well it hada really worn ignition cylinder that meant the key had to be jiggled in the on position to get lights and wipers etc, but it went pretty hard for what it was. The body is pretty light for a small sedan and while I didn’t get to push it hard round any corners since it was pouring with rain, it felt like it had a manageable amount of roll and a decent balance.

my memories of them are massively tinted rose, with a bit of work they’d make an awesome sleeper though. Pity they look like a pastie
